Assessment 2026. **About Position:** We are looking for an experienced RPA UiPath Developer with Agentic AI expertise to design and deliver next-generation intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and autonomous reasoning capabilities to build self-guiding, adaptive automation workflows. This role involves developing scalable enterprise solutions that leverage AI for reasoning and decision-making while utilizing UiPath robots for reliable execution across enterprise applications and systems. - **Role: RPA UiPath Developer** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 2 to 5 Years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI technologies - Build hybrid automation workflows combining AI-driven reasoning with deterministic RPA execution - Implement autonomous reasoning loops and dynamic decision-making capabilities within automation processes - Develop self-guiding bots capable of handling non-linear workflows and complex business processes - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI into enterprise automation solutions - Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI agent accuracy, reliability, and contextual understanding - Design and implement agent orchestration frameworks for long-running business processes - Utilize AI agents for reasoning, analysis, classification, and decision support while leveraging UiPath robots for transactional execution - Build reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components using REFramework - Develop modular, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions - Integrate enterprise applications through REST APIs, SOAP services, and external connectors - Develop automation solutions involving databases, APIs, web applications, desktop applications, and document processing systems - Utilize UiPath AI Center for AI model integration, deployment, and management - Establish governance controls and AI guardrails for secure and compliant automation execution - Monitor automation telemetry, analyze performance metrics, and optimize production stability - Implement audit logging, traceability, and monitoring frameworks for AI-powered workflows - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define automation strategies - Support testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities - Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture artifacts, and operational procedures - Participate in innovation initiatives involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 5 to 10 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation and enterprise automation development - Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath AI Center - Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale RPA solutions - Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and autonomous workflow orchestration - Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into automation solutions - Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms - Expertise in prompt engineering and context-aware prompt design techniques - Familiarity with Agent Builder, Autopilot, LangChain agents, or similar agentic frameworks - Experience building workflows involving autonomous reasoning and adaptive decision-making - Strong understanding of hybrid automation architectures combining AI and RPA - Experience developing reusable components using UiPath REFramework - Strong API integration experience using REST and SOAP services - Proficiency in Python, C#, or VB.NET - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles - Experience working with SQL databases and data integration solutions - Knowledge of version control systems including Git - Experience implementing automation governance, security controls, and operational best practices - Ability to analyze production telemetry and optimize automation performance - Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting production automation environments - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments - Understanding of enterprise AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance frameworks - UiPath Advanced RP
