Role:RTR Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 5 years to 8 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills: - 5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities - Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills - Interaction with the client - Governance calls - SLA adherence - Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred Good to Have - Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools - Complex Accounting - Project Exp on Process Improvements - Excellent communication skills - MS Office skills Job Responsibility - 100% WFO (work from office) - Willing to work in night and rotational shifts. - RTR experience required - Customer service skills - Well-organized and proactive - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally - Good listening skills - Ability to work independently - Tracking budget expenses - Attention to detail - Maintains healthy vendor relationships - PC proficiency - Data entry skills - General math skills
