The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and Ruby programming, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. **Responsibilities** - ------------------- * Designing and implementing automated test scripts using Ruby * Collaborating with development teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline * Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs and issues during the testing process * Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members * Maintaining and updating existing test automation frameworks * Participating in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability of features **Skills and Qualifications** - ---------------------------- * 6-10 years of experience in software development or automation testing * Proficiency in Ruby programming language * Experience with automation testing frameworks such as RSpec, Capybara, or Selenium * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies * Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI * Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
