Job description

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using **Ruby on Rails**. - Build and consume **RESTful APIs** and integrate with third-party services. - Develop scalable, high-performance backend systems and business logic. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and frontend developers. - Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities. - Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Technical Skills Core Skills - Strong proficiency in **Ruby** and **Ruby on Rails**. - Experience with Rails concepts such as: - Active Record - Action Controller - Action Mailer - Background Jobs (Sidekiq, Resque, Delayed Job) - Rails APIs - Gems and Bundler Database - Strong experience with: - PostgreSQL - MySQL - MongoDB (preferred) - Ability to write optimized SQL queries and design efficient database schemas. API Development - RESTful API design and development. - JSON/XML data handling. - API authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT). Frontend (Preferred) - JavaScript, TypeScript - React.js, Angular, or Vue.js - HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
