**Qualification:** BE/Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety **Experience in Years:** 05–07 **Required Skills** Hazard identification and risk assessment, Incident Investigation, Regulatory compliance related to safety, Good communication and Training, Recognisition of hazards at work site, Safety Data Analysis, Problem solving **Job Description of Position Incumbent** - Organise & coordinate with line functions and monitor implementation of safety standard requirements in the plant to achieve zero accidents. - Conduct regular worksite safety inspections and surveys to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts at worksites and ensure compliance in coordination with line personnel. - Monitor PPE usage by employees and contract workmen. - Participate in HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) of critical activities. - Track closure of safety observations, WTI, and CAPA points in coordination with respective departments. - Maintain safety records, inspection reports, statutory documents, and training records. - Verify work permit compliance and ensure safe arrangements in carried-out activities at site. - Track and analyse safety KPIs (WTI, SO, CAPA, Near Miss, etc.) from the online reporting system and identify gaps. - Participate in mock drills and emergency response activities. - Conduct safety campaigns and promotional activities for employees and workmen.
