Safety Officer Supervisor

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. - Develop, review, and maintain HSE documentation such as risk assessments, work permits, and incident reports. - Ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001 standards through regular inspections and training programs. - Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct mock drills to ensure readiness. - Provide guidance on industrial safety practices to employees at all levels within the organization. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-7 years of experience in EHS Management or related field (Fire & Safety). - Diploma holder in Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent qualification (B.Sc + Diploma). - Strong knowledge of Process Safety, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Work Permit System, HSE Documentation, Industrial Safety principles.
