Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Design, develop, customize, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Develop and enhance SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations based on business requirements. - Build and maintain Java-based customizations and integrations within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. - Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve application and IAM-related issues with a focus on root cause analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, and infrastructure teams, to deliver IAM solutions. - Support code deployment activities and ensure adherence to established release management processes. - Work within Agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and IAM best practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process and technical enhancements. **Preferred candidate profile** - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferably version 7.2P2 or later). - Strong programming skills in Java with experience developing custom IAM solutions. - Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments. - Understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including user lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication, and authorization. - Experience with CA SiteMinder and its integration within enterprise IAM environments. - Knowledge of code deployment, release management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with additional IAM platforms or tools will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
