We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. **In this role, you will:** - Configure and develop IdentityIQ components: Lifecycle Manager (LCM), Access Request, Certifications, Policies, Identity Profiles, Lifecycle Events, and Identity Refresh. - Design and implement workflows (joiner/mover/leaver, access request/approval, exception handling) and supporting forms. - Develop and maintain IIQ rules (Java/BeanShell): attribute transforms, provisioning logic, correlation, custom validations, and notifications. - Onboard and integrate applications using IIQ connectors and custom integrations where required (e.g., AD/Azure AD, LDAP, databases, HR feeds, enterprise apps). - Configure aggregation and correlation; manage identity data quality and entitlement modelling. - Implement and run access certifications (manager, application owner, role-based), including remediation and audit evidence. - Troubleshoot provisioning/aggregation/workflow issues using IIQ logs and task results; perform root-cause analysis and permanent fixes. - Support releases: configuration promotion, deployments, regression testing, and change management. - Produce technical documentation (HLD/LLD where applicable), runbooks, and support handover materials. - Collaborate with IAM architects, app owners, infrastructure, and control teams to deliver secure, compliant outcomes **To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:** - Minimum 5+ years of experience in SailPOint IIQ - Hands-on development/configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong Java fundamentals and practical BeanShell experience in IIQ. - Solid understanding of IIQ concepts: Identity Cubes, Provisioning Plans, Work Items, Tasks, LCM, Certifications, Policies, Roles/Entitlements. - Experience integrating with directories and target systems (commonly AD/Azure AD, LDAP, SQL; HR source integration is a plus). - Understanding of IAM and governance: least privilege, RBAC, SoD, JML, access reviews. - Familiarity with SDLC tooling: Git, CI/CD, release/change processes; ability to work in controlled environments. **You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.** www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
