**About Position:** We are looking for a SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Now. - **Role: SailPoint Developer** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 5 to 8 Years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IIQ/IDN solutions – workflows, rules, and connectors. - Implement lifecycle management, access certifications, and provisioning. - Develop and integrate connectors to target systems (AD, LDAP, databases, applications). - Configure roles, policies, and segregation-of-duties controls. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and support SailPoint deployments and upgrades. - Document technical designs and support testing and go-live. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Between 5 to 8 years of experience in SailPoint identity governance development. - Hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow. - Strong Java/BeanShell skills and experience with SailPoint rules and workflows. - Experience building and configuring connectors and integrations. - Understanding of IAM/IGA concepts – provisioning, certifications, RBAC, SoD. - Knowledge of AD, LDAP, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP). - SailPoint certification is a plus. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
