The role requires strong leadership in driving sales performance, building and managing teams, fostering dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of business operations and company initiatives. Key Responsibilities \\* Sales Leadership \\* Drive Retail EMI Finance sales targets in the assigned territory. \\* Team Building & Management \\* Hire Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) executives, train, and deploy them effectively. \\* Dealer Relationship Management \\* Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with partner dealers to increase penetration and volumes. Cross-Sell Initiatives \\* Implement and monitor cross-sell strategies to enhance portfolio contribution. Business Hygiene \\* Ensure timely management of NOCs, delinquency control, and compliance with company policies. \\* Execution of Company Initiatives Successfully run and monitor programs such as: \\* Trade Advance \\* Account Aggregator \\* E-Mandate Processes \\* Dealer 1 Usage Qualifications & Skills \\* Graduate / Postgraduate with 1 to 3 years of sales experience (preferably in NBFC / BFSI / Consumer Finance / Retail Finance). \\* Strong team management and leadership skills. \\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. \\* Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. \\* Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
