Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics) to resolve any issues related to order processing. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the sales process. - Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints. **Job Requirements :** - 5-10 years of experience in sales & distribution or a related field. - Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including sales order processing, billing, and collections. - Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales team) as well as external customers.
