This scale and stability create a dynamic environment for professionals looking to build a career in banking sales and marketing. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Rohtak. The specialist will be responsible for generating new business, promoting Axis Bank’s retail and corporate banking products, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, presenting suitable products, and supporting them through the onboarding process. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, participating in local promotional activities, and building relationships with channel partners to increase brand visibility. The specialist will also handle customer queries, ensure a high standard of service, maintain accurate records in the bank’s systems, and collaborate with internal teams for training, cross-selling, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications** - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear, courteous support. - Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive acquisition, meet targets, and manage pipelines effectively. - Experience in Training or coaching team members or partners on products, processes, and sales best practices. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in financial services). - Basic understanding of banking or financial products; prior experience in retail banking, NBFCs, or financial sales is an advantage. - Comfort working in a target-driven, customer-facing, on-site environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or sales tracking tools; ability to learn bank systems quickly.
