**Job Description** Sales Coordinator (B2C Showroom) **Position**: Sales Coordinator B2C Showroom **Experience**: 13 Years **Location: Mysore Road, Bangalore** Job Summary Company Intpro is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support showroom sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills with experience in B2C showroom sales. Roles & Responsibilities • Coordinate and support day-to-day B2C showroom sales activities. • Assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements and guiding them with suitable product solutions. • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and operations for timely order processing and delivery. • Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports in CRM/software systems. • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, pending payments, and order status updates. • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Ensure proper showroom coordination, customer service, and product display management. • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Skills Required • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong coordination and organizational abilities. • Experience in preparing quotations and sales documentation. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/software systems. • Customer handling and sales support experience preferred. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
