Key Responsibilities - Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data - Maintain, update, and enhance databases and reporting systems - Monitor ongoing processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement - Perform regular reviews of sales data to detect and minimize discrepancies - Ensure consistency and reliability across recurring reports and data workflows - Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve processes **Qualifications** **Must-have** - Strong attention to detail and high execution capabilities - Fast learner with solid analytical thinking skills - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst / similar role - Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting) - Strong communication skills with fluent English - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team - Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership **Advantages** - Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems - Background in Sales Operations / Business Data / Finance - Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering, Economics, MBA, or similar)
