**Job Title:** Sales Executive – Insurance **Company:** Bajaj Finance **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience Required:** Minimum 6 Months in Insurance Sales Job Description Bajaj Finance is hiring **Sales Executives** for its Insurance Department. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates with at least **6 months of experience in insurance sales**. The company will provide verified customer leads through the Bajaj Finance portal. The role primarily involves calling customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales. Field visits may be required occasionally for customer meetings, document verification, or to explain insurance plans in person. Key Responsibilities - Contact customers using leads provided by the company. - Explain Health, Life, and Motor Insurance products to potential customers. - Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful sales. - Build and maintain good customer relationships. - Update customer details and sales status in the system. - Visit customers when required for: - Document verification - Premium/payment collection - Product explanation and customer assistance - Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality. Eligibility - Minimum **6 months of experience** in Insurance Sales. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable with tele-calling and occasional field visits. - Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage. - Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
