The BPO division provides collection call center operations, sales support, back-office services, and processing support, enabling comprehensive solutions for customers and partners. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai & Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for various lending products, including secured loans, while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and eligibility, and guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for credit assessments, ensuring accurate data entry, and monitoring collections and repayments for assigned accounts.
