The Sales Executive will engage with potential customers, understand their mobility needs, and present Ola Electric’s products and solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory, delivery, and after-sales support, as well as tracking sales performance and reporting market insights. The Sales Executive will represent the brand in local markets, participate in promotional activities, and ensure a high standard of customer service. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals. - Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support. - Basic knowledge of electric vehicles or willingness to learn about EV technology, features, and benefits. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms. - Ability to work on-site in Nanded, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Comfort using digital tools for reporting, CRM systems, and productivity (e.g., spreadsheets, mobile apps). - Prior experience in automotive, consumer durables, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. - Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
