**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. - Conduct property visits to showcase villas and provide detailed information on features, amenities, and pricing. - Develop strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads. **Job Requirements :** - 0-4 years of experience in real estate sales or related field. - Strong knowledge of the local real estate market trends and regulations. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
