**Roles and Responsibilities** - Develop and execute strategies for business growth through Mortgage Loans (LAP), Property Loan, and other loan products. - Manage sales performance of DSA/DSA Sales team to achieve targets. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage lending landscape. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage Sales or related field. - Strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loans concepts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
