**Role & responsibilities** Muthoot Finance Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive cross-selling of Personal Loan products. The ideal candidate should have experience in Personal Loans, cross-selling, customer acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving business targets within the Banking or NBFC industry. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales of Cross Sell Personal Loan products through the existing customer base - Identify business opportunities and maximize loan penetration among existing customers - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Generate leads through branch references, internal channels, and customer relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat business - Coordinate with branch teams to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion - Ensure timely processing and disbursement of Personal Loan applications - Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction - Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) - 36 years of experience in Cross Sell Personal Loans, Personal Loans, or Retail Lending - Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is mandatory - Strong understanding of Personal Loan products and credit processes - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Key Skills - Cross Sell Personal Loans - Retail Lending - Customer Relationship Management - Sales & Business Development - Lead Generation - Target Achievement - Portfolio Management - Branch Coordination - Team Collaboration - Market Analysis - MS Excel & MIS Reporting Preferred Industry - NBFC - Banking - FinTech - Retail Lending **Preferred candidate profile**
