Job description

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales representatives. Conduct regular coaching, 1-on-1 meetings, and performance evaluations.Strategy & Planning: Design strategic business plans that align with organizational objectives and expand the customer base. Set individual and team sales quotas.Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage sales pipelines, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.Client Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their business needs. Handle escalated complaints and ensure high satisfaction.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging markets or new product opportunities.
