**Job Title:** Sales Officer-Alternate Banking Channel & Partnerships. **Job Details:** **Business Unit (PA):** Alternate Banking Channel & Partnerships **Team:** ABC&P **Reports to (job):** Area Head (ABC&P) **Location of Role:** Multi-Locations **Role Type:** Individual **No of direct reportees:** 0 **Travel Required:** Customer Visits **Job Band Range:** S1-S2 **JD Created date:** 27-Sep-18 **JD Updated date:** 04-August-25 **Version No:** 1.2 **Job Purpose:** The role of Sales Officers is based on the requirements of the business model of the channel. **Job Responsibilities:** Manage a minimum of 25 Business Facilitators (BF)/Business Correspondents (BC) across partners of ABC & P. Engage periodically with BF/BC for training, product updates, information, marketing, and business activation. Understand the catchment area of BF/BC to support them with products. Coordinate events (Loan Mela, Test drive, Instant sanction, etc.) for BF/BC. Drive business objectives and support business initiatives at Partner & bank level. Interact cross-functionally with Sales Managers, SO, and BRD of other departments. Coordinate with the Partner’s Channel, including dedicated teams and district managers. Support and provide visibility to BF/BC on pre-approved data and opportunity base. Engage with BF/BC during the month, with 65% of engagement being physical. Responsible for regulatory compliance for the BC. Responsible for transaction and activation of BC on attendance within their portfolio. Engage with all products across all partners (including KP) opened for BF/BC ABC & P Channel. Understand catchment details of various branches in the specified region. Assist branches in converting generated leads.
