**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for business loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), personal loans, and mortgage loans. - Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned territory. - Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify new business opportunities through referrals. - Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to monitor progress towards goals. **Job Requirements :** - 0-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in business loan, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), personal loans, or mortgage loans. - Strong understanding of financial products such as credit cards, insurance policies etc. . - Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
