Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for business loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), personal loans, and mortgage loans. • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned territory. • Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify new business opportunities through referrals. • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to monitor progress towards goals. Job Requirements : • 0-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in business loan, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), personal loans, or mortgage loans. • Strong understanding of financial products such as credit cards, insurance policies etc. . • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
