**Key Responsibilities** - Drive Personal Loan sales business and achieve monthly targets. - Source quality customers through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs, and referral channels. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. - Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities. - Ensure timely processing of loan applications and documentation. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan disbursement. - Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency. - Guide and support team members to improve productivity and business growth. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
