- Lead endtoend architecture and delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to support automotive customercare and commercial processes. - Conduct design workshops for key CRM capabilities including LeadtoOrder, Case Management, Entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge Management. - Define scalable data models, record types, page layouts, and sharing rules for multiregion deployments. Ensure technical designs comply with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and platform limits - Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch/queueable processes, and automation services for Sales and Service use cases. - Build **LWC** and Aura components to deliver userfriendly, highperformance interfaces across Service Console and Sales Applications. Apply SOQL/SOSL optimization and enforce Salesforce governorlimit best practices in all code deliverables. - Configure and extend Sales Cloud features including Opportunity Management, Forecasting, QuotetoCash workflows, and Territory Management. - Support CPQadjacent automation and approval processes suited to automotive sales lifecycles. Integrate Sales Cloud with ERP, DMS, marketing systems, and other enterprise platforms. - Implement and optimize Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, OmniChannel routing, Service Console, Entitlements, and Milestones. - Design and implement integrations across Salesforce and external systems (ERP, telephony, DMS, OEM platforms) using APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
