This is an individual contributor role focused on outbound calling, consultative selling, and helping prospective learners choose the right career-focused programs. **What you’ll do:** - Connect with potential learners and understand their goals. - Recommend the right Simplilearn programs based on their needs. - Convert leads into paying customers and meet monthly revenue targets. - Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams. **What we’re looking for:** - 0–5 years of B2C inside sales experience. - Strong communication, persuasion, and target-driven mindset. - Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. - CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
