**Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead and manage a** **B2C/B2B sales team** - **Drive** **team targets and revenue goals** - **Monitor** **daily performance, productivity, and conversions** - **Manage and control** **attrition and shrinkage** - **Conduct regular** **coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions** - **Track** **KPIs, MIS reports, and team dashboards** - **Handle** **team escalations** **and ensure resolution** - **Ensure adherence to** **process, quality, and compliance standards** **Key Requirements:** - **Minimum** **2 years of experience in B2C/B2B, Insurance Sales** - **Sales Team handling experience is mandatory** - **Proven experience in managing** **team targets and performance** - **Strong experience in handling** **attrition and shrinkage** - **Good understanding of** **sales metrics (conversion, productivity, etc.)** - **Strong** **communication and leadership skills** - **Ability to work in a** **target-driven environment** - **Insurance Sales experience preferred** - **Candidates with** **15 days notice period or immediate availability preferred** - **Working Day - 6 Days and Rotational Shift** **Interested one can connect me on what'sapp -8700396810 (HR Atul)**
