**Role:** Sales Trader - Options **Level:** AVP **Location:** Mumbai **Role Overview** We are looking for a Sales Trader – Options to join our team. The role involves creating and executing options strategies for index and single stock derivatives, managing client relationships, and delivering seamless trade execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in equity derivatives, options Greeks, and algorithmic trading, with the ability to understand client requirements, provide market insights, and collaborate with sales, dealing, research, and risk teams to deliver efficient trading solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute and manage trades in index and single-stock options, implementing appropriate trading and hedging strategies based on client objectives and prevailing market conditions. - Monitor market movements, trading activity, liquidity, volatility, and execution quality throughout the trading day to identify opportunities and ensure efficient trade execution. - Engage with institutional and HNI clients to understand their requirements, provide market insights, recommend options strategies, and deliver high-quality execution and service. - Coordinate with dealing, sales, and research teams to support client requirements, generate trading ideas, and capitalize on business opportunities across the derivatives segment. - Ensure timely and accurate trade execution while adhering to regulatory requirements, internal compliance standards, margin norms, and risk management guidelines. Continuously monitor option Greeks and portfolio risk exposures to recommend appropriate hedging strategies. **Skills** - Ability to create option strategies for index & single stock options - Proficiency in derivatives market with deep understanding of various options Greeks - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and service clients. - Ability to understand client trading requirements and provide efficient execution solutions. - Prior experience in a client-facing role within institutional broking, capital markets, or trading. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requests simultaneously. - Strong analytical skills and understanding of market microstructure and trading workflows. **Qualification & Experience:** - MBA/Graduate - Experience: 10-15 years - Proficiency in operating and managing algorithmic trading strategies and execution platforms. - Hands-on experience in derivatives trading (Equity Derivatives/F&O)
