This role is primarily responsible for management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization. 2. Have Knowledge about Broking industry and Wealth Management, Financial planning, Capital markets etc. 3. Design, develop and deliver training programs as an internal trainer 4. Ability to handhold trainees and drive productivity during OJT process, handhold people 5. Prepare and develop training material based on corporate requirements. 6. Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all employees. Also, to evaluate effectiveness and identifying the re-training needs. 7. Interact with teams in scheduling training activities. 8. Identify functional training needs and plans, drive, deliver and manage training courses and programs. 9. Design, Plan and execute specific Business unit requirements including Domain and Skill certification. 10. Ensure compliance of corporate standards and procedures in training sessions. 11. Keep up to date on cutting edge technologies related to subject matter. 12. Assisting in in-house assignments and tasks. **Who You are:** 1. Have hands on experience in Instructional Design, Leadership Training, Master NLP Trainer 2. Certified OD Implementation of Assessment and Development Centers 3. Certification NCFM/NISM/AMFI 4. Behavioral Training 5.
