**Salesforce Administrator |Virtual Interview| 27th June| Saturday** **Experience:** 4+ Years **Job Summary:** We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage platform configuration, user administration, and business process automation while supporting Agentforce-enabled solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings - Configure objects, fields, workflows, flows, and validation rules - Develop reports and dashboards - Support Agentforce automation and chatbot configurations - Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance - Provide user support and training **Required Skills:** - 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience - Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization - Expertise in Flow Builder and workflow automation - Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Hands-on experience with Agentforce (Mandatory) - Knowledge of Einstein AI and AI-powered automation - Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
