We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. **Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator **Experience:** 2-3 years **Job Summary:** Looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage, support, and optimize Salesforce platform in a complex enterprise environment. This role involves end-to-end ownership, acting as an L3 escalation point, mentoring L1/L2 teams, and driving best practices across sales operations, automation, and platform governance. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge with deep administrative expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** Support Operations (L1 / L2 / L3 Oversight) Serve as the primary L3 escalation point for Salesforce issues Guide and mentor L1 and L2 support teams Ensure SLA adherence, incident resolution, and operational stability Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions Own problem management and recurring issue resolution **Automation, Productivity Analytics:** Implement advanced automation using Salesforce Flows Optimize lead routing, opportunity management, and sales workflows Configure approvals (deal approvals, discount approvals, etc.) **Advanced Troubleshooting L3 Support:** Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues involving - Automation conflicts and flow failures Data visibility and sharing issues Performance and user adoption challenges Work with developers on Apex, triggers, and integration issues Support data loads, migrations, and large data volumes **Stakeholder Team Collaboration:** Act as a trusted advisor to sales, operations, and leadership teams Support UAT, training, and post-release stabilization Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams Support release management and deployment activities **Required Skills Qualifications:** 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce development Strong expertise in force.com Proven experience handling L3 production support Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data model Advanced experience with Salesforce Flows and approvals Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and debugging Strong reporting and dashboarding skills Experience working in ITIL-based support environments Familiarity with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations **Certifications:** Salesforce PD1 and PD2 **Good to Have:** Experience with CPQ, Forecasting, or Partner Community Exposure to CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.) **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage high-priority production issues Proactive and improvement-focused mindset **Work Environment:** Enterprise Salesforce Cloud environment On-call or shift-based support as required Cross-functional collaboration with global teams SLA-driven operational support About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
