Role Solution Architect - Salesforce **Must Have Skills:** - Proven experience of Solution Architecture for Salesforce Transformation Engagements - Experience in engaging with business and IT stakeholders for designing Salesforce solutions - Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Industry involving Salesforce applications - Strong spoken and written communication/articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders - Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints (timelines and others) - Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders - A proven team player - Proven CXO engagement skills **Must Have Experience:** - 5 to 10 years of experience with multiple customers, having proven client facing tenures - Experience in 5 end to end Salesforce Transformations, of which at least 3 as Solution Architect - Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent **Responsibilities:** - Lead Solution architecture for end-to-end Transformation programs - Establish/strengthen Salesforce Architecture best practices within the ESU - Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization - Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership - Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration around Salesforce - Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices - Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer. **Location:** Anywhere in India **Duration**: Long term, Full time
