**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for clients across various industries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions. - Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members on Salesforce best practices and architecture. - Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills. - Stay up-to-date with latest Salesforce technologies and trends. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture/Tech Lead role. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Proven expertise in designing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Lightning Web Components, DevOps tools like Jenkins & GitHub. - Strong understanding of CXO level engagement models.
