We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Automation Quality Engineer** to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation frameworks, API testing, and Agile methodologies. The role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations and releases. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce applications. - Create and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud applications. - Develop end-to-end test automation for Salesforce UI, APIs, and integrations. - Validate data integrity, workflows, custom objects, Apex triggers, Lightning components, and integrations. - Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing. - Execute API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools. - Collaborate with developers to analyse defects and ensure timely resolution. - Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. - Prepare test plans, test cases, automation reports, and quality metrics. - Support production validation and release testing activities.
