**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions using Salesforce CRM platform. - Design, implement, and maintain complex workflows, processes, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Conduct software testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time. - Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce best practices, configuration management (JIRA), and issue resolution. **Job Requirements :** **We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong functional expertise across Salesforce (SFDC), Data/Analytics, and Business domains such as Finance and Sales processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of applications and data-driven processes.** **This role requires excellent analytical capability, documentation skills, process understanding, and stakeholder management.** **SF BA Required Skills & Qualifications** **Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; CPQ knowledge is a plus).** **Experience with Finance and Sales processes:** **Lead Management** **Opportunity Management** **Pricing/Quoting** **Invoicing & Billing** **Revenue recognition concepts** **Solid understanding of data life cycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures.** **Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents.** **Hands-on with tools like:** **JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio** **Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred)** **Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage)** **Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.** **Soft Skills** **Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.** **Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.** **Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.** **Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.**
