Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with Data Migration expertise to lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, data migration strategies, ETL tools, data mapping, data cleansing, and large-scale Salesforce implementation programs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Platform technologies. • Lead end-to-end Salesforce data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading. • Develop data migration strategies, migration frameworks, and reconciliation processes. • Perform data mapping between legacy systems and Salesforce applications. • Migrate data using Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools, and third-party migration solutions. • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle. • Conduct migration testing, validation, and post-migration support activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and development teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and Salesforce platform issues. • Create technical documentation, data mapping documents, and migration plans. Required Skills Salesforce Skills • Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Development. • Hands-on expertise in: • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Visualforce • Aura Components • Salesforce Flows • SOQL & SOSL • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, and Sharing Rules. • Experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware platforms. Data Migration Skills • Extensive experience in Salesforce Data Migration projects. • Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL). • Data Mapping, Data Cleansing, and Data Validation. • Data Quality Management and Reconciliation. • Experience with: • Salesforce Data Loader • Informatica • Talend • SSIS • Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Other ETL/Migration Tools • Strong SQL and database management skills. • Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.
