We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer and Support to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer and Support professional who can work in rotational shifts, with extensive experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Salesforce development expertise, experience building scalable and high-performance applications, and exposure to emerging Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud-powered AI experiences, and retrieval-based solutions. This role is critical for designing, developing, and supporting intelligent Salesforce applications that leverage unified customer data, automation, and AI-driven interactions. Key Responsibilities LWC Development Salesforce Expertise - Design and implement advanced LWC applications that integrate with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems. - Create dynamic and highly interactive user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies. - Optimize LWC components for performance, including lazy loading, caching, and efficient DOM manipulation. - Develop solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns. - Lead the development of complex front-end components and workflows to enhance the Salesforce user experience. - Ensure best practices in security, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization for all Salesforce applications. - Troubleshoot and support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. Salesforce Data Cloud AI Solutions - Understand Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, including data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, unification, segmentation, and activation. - Support the configuration and maintenance of Data Cloud data models and integration with Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure effective customer data management and activation across Salesforce ecosystems. - Assist in designing and implementing AI-driven use cases leveraging Data Cloud unified customer profiles and real-time data. - Support Data Cloud search, knowledge, and retrieval-based experiences by enabling access to relevant customer, product, and business information for AI-powered applications. - Work with structured and unstructured data sources to support intelligent search, knowledge grounding, and contextual response generation. - Assist in configuring data pipelines, calculated insights, data transformations, and segmentation strategies to improve AI and customer engagement outcomes. - Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Data Cloud environments for business-critical use cases. Salesforce Agentforce Generative AI (Preferred) - Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions to automate customer and employee interactions. - Assist in developing Agentforce agents leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, and custom business processes. - Configure agent actions, topics, instructions, and integrations with Salesforce and external systems. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven automation opportunities and improve service efficiency. - Participate in testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of Agentforce implementations to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance. Required Qualifications Skills Salesforce LWC Expertise - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including advanced LWC, Apex, and Aura components. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development. - In-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing, and Visualforce. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms. - Ability to implement complex UI/UX designs with dynamic components and seamless user interactions. - Strong experience in debugging, performance tuning, and application support within Salesforce environments. Salesforce Data Cloud - Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts and its role in customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation. - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integrations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or external data sources. - Comfortable working with data models, data transformations, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, and data governance principles. - Experience supporting AI, search, knowledge management, or retrieval-based solutions powered by Salesforce Data Cloud. - Understanding of how unified customer profiles, data segmentation, vectorized knowledge sources, and contextual data retrieval can be leveraged to improve AI-driven customer experiences and business processes. Salesforce Agentforce AI (Preferred) - Preferred hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions in customer service, employee service, sales, or industry-specific use cases. - Experience configuring Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and integrations with Salesforce platform services. - Familiarity with Salesforce AI technologies including Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and AI-powered workflow automation. - Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, knowledge grounding, and AI governance concepts within the Salesforce ecos
