What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul. **Salesforce Developer** -Candidate must have working hands on experience of more than 5 years as a Salesforce developer in Classic or Lightning Web Component. -Understand customizations done in Classic and evaluate all these customizations are needed in Lightning. -Able to migrate custom components to Lightning Web Component. -Knowledge on Angular framework, Java. -Code analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency -Design solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org. -Use Lightning Flows to Automate some of processing needs. **Tech Lead:** - 6+ Years of experience using SFDC -Salesforce Tech Lead job description includes designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using tools like Flow, Apex, LWC, Integration -Key responsibilities also involve integrating co-ordination with Business on technical designs and it Architecture with other systems, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring Senior/junior developers, and leading technical design and best practices to meet business needs. **Architect:** - Lead Solution architecture for end to end Transformation programs - Establish/strengthen Salesforce Architecture best practices within the ESU - Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization - Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership - Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration around Salesforce - Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer.
