**Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer** **Experience:** 7 to 12 Years **Location:** Pan India Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant/Developer** with 7-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including extensive hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of field service operations, Salesforce platform capabilities, integration frameworks, and mobile workforce management. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Configure Service Territories, Service Resources, Work Types, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, and Service Appointments. - Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows as required. - Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP, SAP, Oracle, or third-party systems. - Support dispatching, scheduling optimization, and mobile workforce enablement. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams. - Perform system testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support. - Troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
