Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant / Lead **Experience:** 7-12 Years **Location:** Pan India Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant/Lead** with 7-12 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Field Service solutions to optimize workforce scheduling, dispatching, service operations, and mobile workforce productivity. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation projects. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Field Service solutions. - Configure and customize FSL components including: - Work Orders - Service Appointments - Service Resources - Service Territories - Service Contracts - Maintenance Plans - Scheduling Policies - Implement optimization and dispatching solutions for field technicians. - Configure Salesforce Mobile App for field service operations. - Design and implement integrations between Salesforce FSL and external ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems. - Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. - Support testing, deployment, training, and post-production support activities. - Participate in solution design, code reviews, and performance optimization. - Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. Required Skills - 7-12 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). - Strong understanding of: - Salesforce Service Cloud - Salesforce Field Service Lightning - Work Orders & Service Appointments - Resource Scheduling & Optimization - Dispatcher Console - Service Territories
