**Job Description: Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer – Wealth Management & Retail Banking** **Experience** 7–10 years **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) professional with 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud, with a strong background in Wealth Management and Retail Banking. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for Wealth Management and Retail Banking. - Configure FSC features including Financial Accounts, Financial Holdings, Household Management, Client Profiles, Goals, Referrals, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, and Relationship Groups. - Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Lightning Experience, and platform configuration. - Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and banking best practices. - Integrate Salesforce with core banking platforms, CRM systems, digital channels, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. - Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners in Agile delivery environments. - Support production deployments, issue resolution, and platform enhancements. **Required Skills** - 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong implementation experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). - Proven experience delivering solutions for Wealth Management and Retail Banking. - Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Experience. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and Shield (preferred). - Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft or similar integration platforms. - Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Domain Expertise** - Wealth Management - Client onboarding and KYC - Financial goals and investment planning - Portfolio and relationship management - Advisor desktop and client engagement - Household management and financial relationships - Retail Banking - Customer onboarding and servicing - Deposits, loans, mortgages, and credit products - Customer 360 and relationship management - Lead and opportunity management - Branch and relationship manager workflows **Good to Have** - Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. - Experience with Einstein AI capabilities. - Exposure to Experience Cloud for customer or advisor portals. - Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements. - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Platform Developer certifications. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Financial Services Cloud certifications are highly preferred. - Proven experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations within banking or financial services.
