**Job Description: Salesforce Multi-Cloud Developer / Consultant** **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional with experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds including **B2C Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce**, along with strong expertise in **Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)**. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes across sales, commerce, service, and marketing. **Key Responsibilities** **Salesforce Development** - Design and develop custom solutions using **Apex, LWC, Aura Components**, and **SOQL/SOSL**. - Build scalable integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs**. - Implement complex business logic, triggers, and batch processes. - Ensure best practices in **code quality, performance, and governor limits**. **B2C Commerce Cloud** - Develop and maintain **SFCC storefronts** using **SFRA architecture**. - Customize pipelines/controllers, ISML templates, and Business Manager configurations. - Integrate Commerce Cloud with **Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, and third-party systems**. - Optimize site performance, SEO, and customer experience. **Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)** - Build and customize **customer/partner portals** using Experience Builder. - Implement **authentication, sharing rules, and security models**. - Develop custom components and integrate with backend systems. **Revenue Cloud & CPQ** - Configure and customize **Salesforce CPQ** including: - Product catalog, bundles, pricing rules, discounting, and approvals - Quote templates, quote-to-cash lifecycle - Support **Revenue Cloud processes** including billing and subscription management. - Troubleshoot CPQ configurations and optimize pricing workflows. **Marketing Cloud** - Develop solutions in **Marketing Cloud Engagement** including: - Email templates, Journey Builder, Automation Studio - Integrate Marketing Cloud with **Salesforce CRM and external systems**. - Manage data extensions, segmentation, and personalization strategies. **Salesforce Agentforce** - Implement and configure **Agentforce (AI-powered agents)** to enhance automation and customer support workflows. - Design conversational flows, automation scenarios, and integration with Salesforce data. - Optimize AI-driven interactions, agent productivity, and customer engagement. **Integration & Architecture** - Design end-to-end **multi-cloud architecture** solutions. - Integrate Salesforce with external applications (ERP, payment systems, etc.). - Ensure data consistency, governance, and security compliance. **Required Skills & Qualifications** **Technical Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with: - **Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework** - **Salesforce APIs and integrations** - Experience in: - **B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC)** - **Experience Cloud** - **Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud** - **Marketing Cloud** - **Agentforce (or Salesforce AI tools)** - Knowledge of: - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline
