Role: Salesforce LSC Architect Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce LSC Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale CRM and digital experience solutions for global pharmaceutical clients. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise, life sciences domain knowledge, and architecture leadership to deliver compliant, scalable, and integrated solutions across commercial, medical, and patient engagement ecosystems. The architect will play a critical role in shaping solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem tailored for pharma, ensuring alignment with regulatory, data, and global delivery standards. ey Responsibilities •    Define and govern end-to-end Salesforce architecture for pharma/life sciences clients globally  •    Design scalable multi-cloud CRM architectures (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud) for pharma use cases  •    Establish enterprise integration strategy across CRM, ERP, clinical, and data platforms  •    Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and reference models for pharma CRM delivery  •    Guide digital transformation initiatives in pharma (HCP engagement, patient support programs, omnichannel marketing)  •    Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities (AI/Einstein, Data Cloud, automation, analytics) and recommend adoption strategy  •    Act as trusted advisor to global pharma stakeholders on CRM modernization and customer experience transformation  •    Drive architecture governance across multiple client engagements and delivery teams  •    Lead solution design for complex Salesforce implementations across global pharma clients  •    Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce architectures  •    Design integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LIMS, clinical systems, data lakes, marketing platforms)  •    Review and approve technical designs including Apex, Lightning components, APIs, and data models  •    Ensure adherence to validation, documentation, and audit-ready delivery standards (CSV)  •    Provide architecture guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with design principles  •    Support DevOps strategy (CI/CD, release management, environment strategy) for Salesforce deployments  •    Lead architecture reviews, technical governance boards, and solution walkthroughs  •    Troubleshoot complex design and integration issues across global programs  •    Ensure data integrity, consent management, and security compliance across implementations Key Skills & Competencies •    Strong Salesforce architecture expertise (multi-cloud, enterprise-scale implementations)  •    Deep understanding of pharma/life sciences business processes (HCP engagement, clinical, medical, commercial)  •    Expertise in integration architecture (APIs, middleware, event-driven systems)  •    Strong knowledge of regulated systems and validation processes (CSV, audit readiness)  •    Ability to operate in global delivery and multi-client environments  •    Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, quality, and regulatory teams  •    Excellent communication skills with executive-level advisory capability. Qualifications •    1215+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles  •    Proven experience in life sciences/pharma CRM implementations  •    Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/Technical Architect preferred)  •    Experience with global pharmaceutical clients  •    Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration platforms  •    Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in pharma customer engagement Key Outcomes / KPIs •    Scalable and compliant Salesforce architectures deployed across pharma clients  •    High-quality, audit-ready solutions with zero critical compliance gaps  •    Improved time-to-market for CRM implementations  •    Increased platform adoption and business value realization for clients  •    Strong reuse of architecture frameworks across programs and geographies.
