**Role Overview** - Interview Mode: Virtual Interview - Job Location: Bengaluru - Years of Experience: 9+years **Skill: Salesforce** **Omni** **Studio** - Develop and customize solutions: Design, develop, and configure OmniStudio components like Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. - Platform customization: Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other declarative tools. - Integrations: Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Best practices: Ensure adherence to best practices for Salesforce development, testing, code reviews, and version control. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications and integrations.
