**Responsibilities** 1. Collaborating with stakeholders, BA and Product Owners,Tech team to understand business and QA requirement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Salesforce solution designs. 2. Preparing and executing test scenarios,test cases and test data for Salesforce features in Zephyr. Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and UAT support testing. 3. Validating Sales Cloud and Service cloud workflows such as lead-to-opportunity conversion, case lifecycle, and service processes.Validate Salesforce configurations including workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, profiles, roles, permissions, and page layouts,integration with external systems. 4. defects reporting, tracking and coordination with BA, developers until defect closure using defect management tool such as JIRA. - Support release testing, production validation, and deployment of readiness activities. - Ensure test coverage, traceability and quality reporting for assigned features. 5. Providing regular status updates and reporting blockers proactively. 6. Testing effort estimation , Test case creation and execution. **Must-Have Skills** - Strong experience in Manual QA testing for enterprise Salesforce applications. - Good understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and testing approach. - Experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud business workflows, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, case management, and service processes. **Hands-on experience in:** - Test case design - Test execution - Defect lifecycle management - Regression testing - UAT support. Location - Chennai, Pune Grade - G5 (6-9 years)
