**Role & responsibilities** Must-Have Salesforce Knowledge - Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow Automation - Good knowledge of Lead Conversion processes - Experience troubleshooting and testing Omni-Channel functionality - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud - Knowledge of Einstein features and related Salesforce capabilities - Experience working with Knowledge Articles - Understanding of key Salesforce objects and their relationships for testing purposes Testing & Automation Requirements - Hands-on experience in QA testing within Salesforce environments - Strong Test Automation experience (preferred) - Experience creating and executing test cases, regression testing, and defect management - Exposure to testing Salesforce customisations, workflows, and integrations Integration Experience - Experience testing third-party integrations with Salesforce - Understanding of API/integration testing concepts Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce certifications (preferred) - Good communication skills - Ability to clearly explain Salesforce testing scenarios and troubleshooting approaches
