Salesforce Release Manager

Job description

- **Technical Expertise** - Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools: **Copado**, **Gearset**, **AutoRABIT**, **Flosum**, **Blue Canvas**, **Salto**, **Prodly**, **Hutte**. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in security tools: SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, secrets management. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). - **Security Knowledge** - Deep understanding of application security, OWASP Top 10, and threat modeling. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR). - **Soft Skills** - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to drive cultural change towards security-first mindset. **Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)** - Certifications: - **Salesforce DevOps Specialist**, **DevSecOps Professional**, **Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)**, **CISSP**, **AWS/Azure Security Specialty**. - Experience in enterprise-scale environments with shared deployment models.
