The role involves developing, customizing, and enhancing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, implementing business processes, building integrations, and delivering scalable customer-centric solutions.** **Key Skills Required** - **Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud** **• Hands-on experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, and SOQL** **• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)** **• Experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation** **• Strong understanding of Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity Management** **• Experience in Case Management and Service Console** **• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and configuration** **• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications and APIs** **• Knowledge of Visualforce and Aura Components** **• Experience with security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules** **• Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes** **• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** **Must-Have Skills** **Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows**
