**Job Description: SFDC Technical Project Lead & Agile Scrum Master** We are seeking a skilled **SFDC Technical Project Lead** who can also perform the role of an **Agile Scrum Master** to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of Salesforce with hands-on project leadership and agile delivery expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Salesforce project delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment. - Act as Scrum Master: run sprint ceremonies, manage backlog, remove blockers, and ensure agile best practices. - Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee build quality. - Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution. - Manage releases, environments, and DevOps alignment. **Required Skills:** - 6–10 years of Salesforce delivery experience with strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, and platform capabilities. - Proven experience as **Scrum Master** in Salesforce or cloud projects. - Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to guide technical teams, review solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices. **Good to Have:** - Certifications: **CSM/PSM** , **Salesforce Admin/PD1** , Agile certifications.
