Job description

We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Consultant** with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, and AI-driven solutions using **Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)** . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, defining technical architecture, and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate should possess excellent technical leadership skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, integrations, deployment, and DevOps practices. **Location** : Pune, Chennai and Bangalore **Experience:** 12 – 19 Years **Relevant Salesforce Experience:** 9 – 15 Years **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices. - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. - Architect and develop solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Design and implement Agentforce AI Agents, workflows, orchestration, and automation. - Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, and integrations. - Define technical architecture for complex enterprise Salesforce implementations. - Implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and third-party applications. - Ensure robust exception handling, error management, and system monitoring. - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and governance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams. - Prepare and review Technical Design Documents (TDD), Configuration Workbooks, Run Books, and Solution Design documents. - Support testing, validation, deployment, user adoption, and production rollout activities. - Provide effort estimation and technical planning for project deliveries. - Mentor and coach development team members on Salesforce best practices. - Drive Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Provide periodic project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. **Required Skills & Experience:** Salesforce Development : - Strong expertise in Salesforce Configuration & Customization. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Security Model. - Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including: - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Aura Components - Lightning App Builder - Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. Agentforce & AI : - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents). - Experience designing AI workflows, prompts, orchestration, and automation use cases. - Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities and enterprise AI adoption. Integrations - Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, external system integrations, and middleware-based integrations. - Expertise in exception handling and integration error management. Salesforce Clouds :Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. DevOps & Deployment : - Experience with Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, VS Code, Git/Bitbucket, and Jenkins. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices. Architecture & Delivery : - Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions and technical architectures. - Strong knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise architecture, design patterns, and OOP concepts. - Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, estimation, planning, and delivery management. **Good to have** : Salesforce Certifications such as Architect, Platform Developer, Consultant, or Agentforce certifications will be an added advantage.
